Breef is seeking a Product Designer (Web App) to join our dynamic, fast growing team. This individual will lead the design and overall UI / UX experience of our current product through our roadmap and new feature innovation.
As Breef’s lead designer, you will work closely with stakeholders and the larger product / development team to bring concepts, features and business improvements to life. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing future builds and improvements for our platform, and owning the overall design system. This is a high-impact role and an opportunity to lead innovation across an industry.

Your day to day is to…
- Lead the design and implementation of product updates and features from start to finish
- Work with our product and operations teams to solve problems and make improvements through great design
- Build user stories, wireframes and design prototypes to help communicate concepts
- Maintain and evolve design guidelines within a cohesive system that contributes to ongoing enhancements
- Focus on implementing best practices: designing for reusability, scalability and accessibility
- Conduct research as needed on the user and / or the problem at hand
- Work daily with our engineering team on product builds, vision and needs
- Present concepts to leadership and stakeholders in a manner that takes into consideration both business and user needs
- Leverage data and user feedback to make smart design decisions and improvements
- Allocate time for inspiration “research” — constantly seeking out trends, ideas and concepts that live within a moodboard
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
- Iterate, collaborate and communicate with our brand designer and larger team
- Protect the brand at all costs
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- 5-7+ years of proven experience in UI / UX design (platform and marketplace experience a plus)
- Experience and extreme familiarity with designing in Figma
- Experience designing interfaces and creating user flows, wireframes and interactive mockups
- Experience with design sprints / agile methodology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A knack for turning complex issues and requirements into clean, simple, aesthetically pleasing experiences
- Knowledge, interest and passion for the marketing and agency industry
